Re-emerging in 2019 from Camas, Washington, United States, Altus-Pdx blends rock, grunge, alternative rock and hard rock into a genre-defying sound.

AltusPDX is a heavy, melodic rock band rooted in the fog-soaked forests and urban grit of the Pacific Northwest. Merging elements of post-metal, grunge, and alternative rock, the band delivers emotionally raw performances and a massive sound that resonates with fans of The Cult, Soundgarden, Tool, and Mastodon.

Formed through a collective vision shared by Rob Carlie (vocals), Shawn Gray (guitar), Erin Reynolds (bass/vocals), and Jerry Bennett (drums), the current lineup solidified just prior to the release of their 2023 album, Saturation—a brooding, explosive collection that marks a new era in the band’s evolution.
