BAND BIO

Formed in Houston in 2008, Distartica began by covering classic heavy metal tunes of some of the legendary metal bands of the 80’s. Without a front man, they decided to perform their shows with the drummer as the lead vocalist. Gathering confidence in their performances and with their instruments, they became part of the new wave of thrash by releasing their debut album In Flames We Rise as a 3-piece band.

Now in 2020, with their new bass player, Distartica is working on their 2nd album. Current band members include:

Carlos V-Drums and Vocals
Carloc C- Lead and Rhythm Guitars
Hector – Bass, backing vocals
Alex – Lead and Rhythm Guitars
