Costi is less a one man band more one man in many bands and over the past few years as amass a eclectic musical library.
As part of One Line To an Angle with Spanish born producer DDO he has released an EP along with a number of remixes and singles. They have played many shows around London taking part in 10th anniversary of Street Fest and Music takeover this year. They released their debut EP (self titled) in 2017 and followed this up with the single Nasty Business 2018. They are currently working on a new album to be released in 2020 with single releases for this project already in the works. One Line To An Angle is an electronic hip hop fusion that leans heavily into the dub step soundscape.
Costi is also one half of “Fisk Of Fury” with UK producer Wilson Fisk. They released they’re debut EP “Fisk Of Fury” in 2018 and this was followed on by their debut album “Game Of Deaf” in 2019. The lead single from the album “Donny Youngblood!” Was selected by Fresh on the Net and also received airplay on BBC Radio. They plan to release they’re next album “Fiskful Of Dollars” in 2020. This project is set to be a more collaborative including a wide range of other underground rappers and artists. Fisk Of Fury is an old school/underground hip hop duo with a lot jazz and blues cuts/samples.
Costi is also a long time collaborator with Huddersfield poet P.O.P.E. They released their first joint song this year “Wolves Teeth” and they have already planned to release an album in 2020. This project is much more thought provoking in essence, sometimes reminiscent of Tool.
Interesting fact: P.O.P.E. Is the one who introduced Wilson to Costi
On a solo venture Costi has been steadily releasing singles throughout 2019.
In June he released “Panik” a collaborative track with Turkish producer Araz. The Single was released via a small independent record label In Huddersfield called “Infinite Vibrations”. This has been followed up with 5 more independent releases throughout 2019 with more tracks planned for 2020.DISCOGRAPHY
