Lavender Schaffer

North Dakota born and raised, Eclectic Pop artist Lavender Schaffer brings a youthful perspective to older sounds and ideas.

Inspired by the likes of Ben Folds, Kendrick Lamar, Gorillaz, and more, Lavender merges thoughtful lyrics with powerful instrumentals to create an introspective soundscape within their work. Self taught, Lavender self produces, performs, writes, and mixes all of their own tracks.

How would you handle the end of the world? This is the question that permeates their debut solo album, Disassociation Disco described as "The Gen Z guide to surviving the pre-apocalypse". An eclectic blend of styles, from folk, to hip hop, bedroom pop, and more, Lavender crafts a thematic journey that eloquently describes a prevailing feeling amongst many young people.
