Known more commonly as Hay-J Thompson, Hay-J hails from the vibrant streets of New York City but is currently making waves in Cincinnati, Ohio. Comedian Hay-J has been tickling funny bones for over 13 years. His comedic journey began during a challenging chapter of life – a rough divorce. Seeking an outlet for the rollercoaster of emotions, he took the stage at an open mic, turning personal struggles into laughter, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Comedian Hay-J's style is a dynamic blend of current event satire and keen life observations. Influenced by comedic greats such as Patrice O'Neal, DL Hughley, George Carlin, Robin Williams and Eddie Murphy, he brings a fresh and insightful perspective to the stage.

Having graced the screens of national television with appearances on Fox TV's "Laughs" and Comedy Central's "Hart of the City," Comedian Hay-J doesn't just share laughs; he delivers a comedic experience that resonates with audiences. Comedian Hay-J has also been an on-air radio personality in Louisville KY & Cincinnati, OH for 3 years. His unique blend of humor has not only earned him recognition but also opportunities to share the stage with musical luminaries such as Ray-J, 2 Chainz, Coco Jones, Wu Tang Clan, Ro James, Midnight Star, The Deele, Canton Jones, Talib Kweli, Liyah Katana and Murphy Lee.
