I am an independent alternative artist from North-West Tasmania creating and performing original music under the name Angel Tuesday.

My music is driven by curiosity, instinct, and the desire to transform experience into expression. I allow songs to develop naturally over time, following where the ideas, emotions, and sounds lead rather than forcing them into a formula.

Previously creating music as Adapt (2017–2022), Angel Tuesday represents a new chapter of artistic independence, creative freedom, and reclaiming my identity as an artist.

Alongside music, I create my own artwork and visual direction, allowing each release to become part of a larger creative expression.

My sound combines expressive vocals, distinctive guitar tones, and alternative song writing with a focus on intensity, atmosphere, and emotion.

Recent releases include:

Disgusting Discussion (13 February 2026)

Lucid (6 June 2026)

Cuckoo (14 August 2026)

Music has always been a way for me to process life, transform experiences, and create something meaningful from them.

I’m curious about what comes through naturally; the ideas, emotions, and connections that appear when I allow creativity to unfold. I’m interested in the things we don’t always understand straight away, and the moments where something unexpected reveals itself through the process.

I believe we are always both the student and the teacher. Staying curious, having humility, and remaining open to learning are values that guide both my art and the way I move through life.

I hope my music gives people space to connect, reflect, find comfort, or discover something of their own within it.

Attitude is everything. Stay curious.

Current Releases

Disgusting Discussion
Released 13 February 2026

Disgusting Discussion comes from a place of refusing to avoid hard conversations. It explores what happens when communication breaks down, when people stop listening, and how attitude shapes the way we experience and affect each other.

While the song carries frustration and confrontation, it also holds self-reflection. Recognising that accountability is not only about looking at others, but being willing to look at ourselves.

Lucid
Released 6 June 2026

Lucid explores the state of becoming aware within a dream - the moment where you realise you are dreaming and begin to question what is real.

Inspired by my own experiences with intense lucid dreaming, the song reflects on awareness in the present moment and the ability to redirect our reality, take control, and claim our inner conductor.

Over time, Lucid transformed as the lyrics gained a deeper meaning, becoming a reflection on perception, consciousness, and the power of awareness.

Cuckoo
Bandcamp release 29 June 2026 ( Mums 60th)
Streaming release 14 August 2026

Cuckoo is a reflection on witnessing someone trapped within realities few will ever understand, and the imprint that leaves on a child trying to make sense of experiences that are often misunderstood.

These releases were recorded at Liffey Lounge Room Studio with ARIA Award-winning engineer Chris Thompson, featuring Ewen Campbell as a session musician on drums and bass. The songs were later completed with Marcus Wynwood at Red Beard Studio, who mixed and mastered Disgusting Discussion, Lucid, and Cuckoo.

More releases from the Liffey sessions will continue throughout 2026.
