Coastal Riot is a high-energy rock band blending raw grunge attitude with the hooks of pop rock and the punch of hard rock, built on solid guitar work and a tight rhythm section.

The sound is direct without being simple, rooted in the classic architecture of rock but with enough personality to feel current. Live, the energy is real.

With a growing catalogue of studio recordings and a reputation for strong headline and support performances, Coastal Riot is a reliable and hard-hitting live act, so much so, that they sold out their first headlining show with over 200 people in attendance. Drawing on a wide mix of influences such as, Silverchair, Pearl Jam and Playlunch. their sound moves from gritty, distorted riffs to catchy, anthemic choruses that stick with you long after the set ends.

Driven by a passion for live performance, Coastal Riot is all about bringing intensity and connection to every stage they step on. Hungry to play as many gigs as possible, they’re quickly building a reputation for loud, electrifying shows and a no-holds-barred approach to their music.
