Originating from Cambridge Data 3 was formed n 2026 by Alex Andrews and Ted Read. United by the influence of The Royston club the band set out to create a similar style of music. They were later joined by Michael Barrett who brought his drumming skills and further shaping the bands sound. Data 3 now consists of 3 members Alex Andrew on guitar and vocals Ted Read also on vocals and Michael Barrett on the drums.
