Devan is third generation growing up on a farmland in March, Cambridgeshire. His grandfather was a shepherd who gave everything to his family who are well respected and known within the March community. Devan has been singing since he can remember and grew up listening to a broad range of Americana music,  developing a soulful emotive voice from taking inspiration and some of the greats. Having grown up singing country folk songs with his grandad, in the picturesque countryside of March, Devan has grown into the authentic UK Americana artist that he is today. He is no doubt looking down proudly from above at Devan.

Devan started performing during his educational years at any given chance, be it a school performance or a college gig. This lead him to grow in confidence and to start performing professionally. Having sung at many gigs over the years Devan wanted to branch out and carve an even more authentic approach to his performing by writing his own songs and telling his own stories.

Devan teamed up with the award winning songwriting team Patchwork Music in August 2025 to collaborate on his debut EP. this is a collection of songs introducing himself to the UK country music scene. These songs comprise of stories about his grandfather, leaving home, growing up in the country.

Devan can sing the simplest of songs and make them memorable. His voice has texture, grit, emotion and range that is being rated by professionals as one of the best on the UK country scene.

Although Devan hasn’t moved away from March, Cambridgeshire since birth, his voice is now taking him places.
