House of Dirt are a British band whose sound pulls from all areas of the cultural underbelly of London. Once described as 'Grime Against The Machine' this combination of electronic music, rock and everything in between culminates in a new age of musical revolt.

Built on raw live energy, heavy riffs and emotionally complex lyricism, House of Dirt draw inspiration from the music, experiences and communities that shaped them growing up across London. Their music combines vocal-driven rhythm, textured electronics and melodic intensity, balancing the weight of alternative rock with the pulse and aggression of grime.

The bands mission statement is to create something honest that speaks with urgency, moving fluidly between aggression and vulnerability to create a sound that refuses to sit comfortably within a single genre.

After reforming in 2024, House of Dirt returned with a refreshed direction and lineup consisting of Alex Rutkowski, Ayhan Sezgin and Larry Balfour. Together, the trio continue to push their sound forward, building a distinct identity within the evolving cultural landscape of the UK music scene.
