James Heuston

James Heuston is an emerging composer and sound engineer. Originally for Hertfordshire James is based around London, He has a passion for all things sound. He is a talented Live sound Engineer he regularly runs gigs for West Herts College. He is a cunning studio Engineer who has a talent for mixing music, He often runs studio sessions at Hempstead Road Studios for all different types of musicians, He has a real talent for mixing music he creates deep spectral images in his mixes. However his main talent and focus lies in composition - Specifically composition for Screen, He is a gifted musician he has an incredible ability to convey emotion with lush orchestration and rich harmonies make him stand out from other composers. He has a unique voice yet you can still hear his influences from his favourite artists - John Williams, John Powell, Nicolas Hooper, Tchaikovsky, Hans Zimmer and many more, His unique ability to blend his Inspirations gives him a powerful sound. He was offered a place at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire where he will study composition. This will entail writing for some of the most talented young musicians in the World, He will also run recording session for large orchestras and will get to work on mixes for some of the most sort after pieces of music.
