About

Jasmine Catherine is an internationally recognised and award nominated singer-songwriter from Norwich, UK, writing cinematic-pop fantasy songs designed to help you step into another world. From songs about international bestsellers Fourth Wing and Shadow and Bone, to mythical based anthems; Jasmine's songs raise Queens from the ashes and inspire the tears of banished beings. Raised in the world of musical theatre and shaped by classical training, Jasmine's songs blend the storytelling of musical theatre with epic orchestration and pop sensibilities. One moment, she’s whispering like a breeze through a haunted glade. The next, she’s belting like the sky’s about to split open.

Jasmine is not here to make background music. She writes fantasy songs for people who live inside books, for dreamers with scars, and for anyone who’s ever looked at the rain and imagined dragons. If you enjoy the music of Aurora, Kate Bush, Disney or Lilith Max, then Jasmine Catherine has a song (or three!) for you.

“Every single one of Jasmine’s releases is theatrical to the extent that each could be included in a Lord of the Rings film… I sort of think of it as opera for the modern pop ear.“ - Charles Connolly, NAS

“I am beyond impressed with the sophistication of the writing and arrangement. Very adulty, yet so youthful.” - Charles Connolly, NAS
