KUATO (also known under the monikers MANSLIDE and Skymall) is a multi‑genre, dance‑floor powerhouse formed in 2023 by producer Neon Brown and musician Jacob Sanders. With a sound that blends heavy, hypnotic grooves and sweat‑inducing rhythms, KUATO has quickly become a force in the underground electronic and DJ community.

Emmy nominated producer, composer, and DJ, Neon Brown has been crafting slapper sfor over three decades. Known as the handsome one of the KUATO duo, Brown has made it his mission to deliver as much modern funk as possible in 2026. Refusing to be boxed into a single lane, he freely explores boogie, disco, house, hip hop, and electro, effortlessly bending genre.
Widely recognized for his work in hip hop production and TV/film composition, Brown has produced and composed for such artists and companies like, Quelle Chris, Guilty Simpson, J. Scienide, Hoemboy Sandman, Deca, and placements in HBO, Netflix, Apple, and many more.
Bringing a distinctive grit and texture to KUATO's sound, Brown's production style is defined by rawness, intention, and a masterful ear for what truly makes music move.

Grammy-nominated composer Jacob Sanders has credits on 30+ albums and currently tours with Big Daddy Kane. He's worked with Anthony Hamilton, Moby, Emily King, and shared the stage with legendary artists in venues across America.

As Creative Director of Audio Content Lab, he's landed placements with Nike, GE, NFL Films, and TLC, and composed original themes, jingles, and sonic assets for small and big brands across the globe.

From sound design, industrial musicals, collaborations with elite dance companies, and live-performances with ensembles in educational and entertainment settings for over 30 years, Sanders operates as WhaleHawk—music that's all genres at once, none of them twice.
