The year was 2020, a Pandemic struck the world and put a stop to a lot of things. Many had plans that neaded to be canseled and the world stood in complete lock down! We all know this, but what most people seem to forget is that this was not only a complete disaster, because there was an upside to all of this. Since most of the world was on hold, some people could suddenly put time down in new projects and start exploring new territories. And That's exactly how Lime Wolf came to be.

Andreas Wikander(frontman for swedish metalcore act Torn Visions/Escaping Amenti) found himself frustrated and bored, and decided that he wanted try something new and totaly different from his former music. He grabbed his guitar, a pen and some paper and started writing down what came to his mind. a test track was made and released summer 2021(A Gunslingers Tale), but it wasn't until may 2022, when the track "Ride The Wind" was released, that he came across the distinct sound that will come to be the bands trade mark.

Since then three more members has joined and Lime Wolf is now a full Band consisting of Andreas Wikander in the lead on vocals and guitar, Phelix Jakabsson on the Bass, Damien Andersson on guitar and Magnus Nilsson on the drums. Still going strong in 2025 with two songs released allready this year with one more on the way just in time for the Christmas season, yes you guest it, A Blues vibe rock Christmas song is on the way. And this is just a small part of what's in the pipeline for the near future.

Lime Wolf is a cool mix up of Southern Rock, Dirty Blues, Dark Country and Rock & Roll That will make most people put a smile on their faces. The sound has a drive that most likely can make the most stiff and up tight pearson to move along with the beat.
