About
Louise Hatch is a soulful and emotive British singer-songwriter whose music is rooted in honest storytelling and heartfelt expression. Drawing on influences from country, soul, folk, and contemporary singer-songwriter traditions, she creates songs that resonate deeply with audiences seeking authenticity and emotional connection.
Music has been central to Louise's life for more than twenty-five years through performing, songwriting collaborations, and creative projects. However, following a diagnosis of congenital bilateral sensorineural hearing loss and the onset of severe tinnitus, she stepped away from the music industry for thirteen years. During that period, writing became a sanctuary and source of healing. Eventually, with the support of modern hearing technology, Louise found her way back to music and performance.

"Music has always been the place where I tell my story. Even when hearing loss and tinnitus took me away from performing, creativity remained my constant companion. Returning to music after thirteen years taught me that limitations do not define us—our response to them does.
My songs are about resilience, hope, love, and finding beauty in life's challenges. If listeners discover comfort, inspiration, or a sense of connection through my music, then I have achieved what I set out to do."
