MC Spyder is a master of ceremonies with more than twenty five years of experience commanding dancefloors across Europe and around the world. Known for his explosive energy, unmistakable voice and razor sharp crowd control, Spyder has become one of the most recognisable MCs in UK garage, bass, house and festival culture. Born into a multicultural Caribbean European environment and raised around sound systems, he carries the roots of rave culture while continually pushing the performance element of dance music forward.

His journey began in the golden era of Amsterdam nightlife, where he performed in iconic venues such as Paradiso, Melkweg, Roxy and countless underground clubs that shaped the Dutch dance scene. From early garage and house raves to major festival stages, his ability to connect instantly with any audience made him a favourite among DJs, promoters and dancers. His style blends Jamaican vocal cadence, UK rave culture and Dutch club precision, creating a unique sound that lifts the room the moment he touches the microphone.

Spyder became internationally recognised through a series of major collaborations. One of his first breakout appearances came through the European club classic Waterman by Olav Basoski featuring Michie One and MC Spyder. The track became a defining anthem across radio, clubs and festival stages and established Spyder’s voice as a memorable force in dance music.

He later delivered one of his most powerful performances on Boomshakatak with Wiwek and Alvaro, a track that became a staple in the jungle terror movement. Spyder’s hype vocals helped push the tune into global rotation at festivals such as Ultra, EDC and Tomorrowland and earned consistent support from leading DJs.

Spyder also appeared on PRTCL with Nicky Romero, the one hundredth release on Protocol Recordings. His trademark command and energy elevated the record into a celebration anthem for the label’s milestone moment.

Throughout his career Spyder has recorded and released more than twenty five tracks across house, UK garage, bass, drum and bass and wider global club genres. His collaborations include Gregor Salto, Wiwek, Jeftuz, Imran Khan and many more. His versatility allows him to deliver rhythmic vocals, gritty hype commands or uplifting festival energy depending on the moment.

In the year twenty twenty five and twenty twenty six Spyder received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Amsterdam Dance Event in recognition of his long standing contribution to dance music culture and performance craft.
