Sharp Lives is a Detroit, Michigan-based Alternative-Metal band creating music that fuels the soul: unfiltered and alive. Every song is driven by raw emotion, with the melodies following instinct rather than formula.

Through the perspectives of experience, Sharp Lives crafts songs that reject social norms and center the lived truth of women, queerness, and living for your dream. Their music is both a confession and rebellion — dark, vulnerable, and defiant.

Sonically, Sharp Lives fuses the nostalgic weight of early 2000s nu-metal and metalcore with modern alternative metal production, layered with piano, strings, cathedral choirs, and a subtle flair of theater-kid drama. Heavy riffs collide with haunting beauty, soaring choruses, and commanding vocals that demand to be felt, not just heard.

As a growing project, Sharp Lives has seen consistent growth across social platforms through active engagement with fans and a strong focus on visual storytelling, creating striking music videos to accompany their releases.
