WE DON'T DO SUBTLE!!

We are The Gripes! A rock band which combines elements of grunge, punk and funk to create a loud, messy soundscape with a tight rhythm section. The combination of loud distorted guitars, unapologetic vocals and raw energy means that every show is a high-intensity workout.

Over the past year we've refined our sound and reached audiences outside of our home country. Our 2026 UK tour introduced our skull-crushing energy and witty lyrics to the birth place of punk rock.

In 2026 we released our sophomore LP "Ocean"
