about . . .

vibrant, eccentric, and sensual - ULTRAvioletcoraline makes music that sounds like the colors pink and purple.

ULTRAvioletcoraline, or UVC, is the project of Sophia Nance, an Austin-Texas-based producer/performer hailing from Laredo, Texas.

UVC's soundscapes incorporate her roots in early 2010s indie-rock and branch out to electropop, rnb, ambient, and lo-fi, with lyrics exploring themes of spiritual wonder -- all blending to create something wholly unique and wholly infectious.

Sophia is involved with Austin's music scene as a member of mex/colombian psych band lluvii, set to play Austin City Limits music festival in October 2026. She has also produced with the iconic EddieAngel.
